PCU Registered Nurse Job in Mountain Home, AR

Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - PCU

Job Details:

• 2 years of nursing experience required with stepdown experience mandatory
• Critical care experience preferred
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred
• Float position supporting ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab units
• Will float to Med Surg, Tele, Surg/Ortho, PCU, ER hold, ER, psych and inpatient rehab
• May be responsible for pediatric patients when floated to ER depending on experience
• Provide direct patient care and leadership within the nursing team
• Utilize nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote evidence-based care
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required, BSN preferred
• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• Position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593
• Must complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
