Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• HARD STOP requirement: 4 years of Operating Room experience prior to travel with mandatory experience in Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN and Ortho
• Work in multiple service lines including Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General surgery, GYN & Orthopedics
• Every other weekend coverage required
• Variable call schedule to be discussed during interview
• Float within facility/scope of practice and to Outpatient as needed
• Unit accepts first time travelers with appropriate experience
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
• Full compliance required to start on time
• Clinical screen required to determine clinical fit
• Must be available to submit core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing contract
• Care for patients across age groups: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
• Extensive skills required including craniotomy, spinal fusion, transplant procedures, laparoscopic cases, trauma procedures, and microsurgery
• Must have solid organ transplant experience as a HARD STOP requirement
