PACU RN Job in Lonetree, CO

You will work as an RN in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Sky Ridge Surgery Center in Lonetree, Colorado. This is an 8-week travel assignment running from August 17, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 8-hour day shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 5 days per week
• $2,190 weekly pay

Role Responsibilities

You will provide post-operative recovery care in a fast-paced environment on the 1st floor of the Conifer Building. Your responsibilities include monitoring patients in the immediate recovery period following surgery, maintaining a 2:1 patient ratio, and supporting recovery for procedures in general, ENT, GYN, plastics, orthopedics (sports and joints), spine, and pain management. You may float to other surgery centers on an as-needed basis to support facility operations.

The day shift team consists of administrative staff, a director, a charge nurse, and 5 to 7 RNs depending on patient volume.

Required Qualifications

• RN degree and current licensure
• Minimum 1 year of PACU experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification

Preferred Experience

GI recovery and pain recovery experience is preferred.

Work Environment

You will use the SIS electronic medical record system and paper documentation as needed. The role requires flexibility and the ability to perform well in a busy, dynamic recovery setting.
