Telemetry RN Job in Springfield, MO

Mercy Hospital Springfield is hiring a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment on Surgical 3A, working 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Position Details

• 36 or 48 guaranteed weekly hours (specify on submission)
• 12-hour night shifts with no call requirements
• Rotational float assignments across the unit
• Patient ratios: 1:6–1:8 on nights
• 32-bed telemetry unit serving cardiac and med-surg patients

Requirements

• Current RN license (Missouri eligible or active)
• Minimum 1 year inpatient telemetry experience
• Demonstrated competence in drug titration
• BLS certification from AHA (required before start)
• NIHSS certification (must be obtained prior to start date)
• 4 trauma credits (or completion within first two weeks)
• Trauma experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS certification from AHA
• Determined, decisive, and flexible work style

• Telemetry monitoring equipment
• Patient lift equipment
• EPIC electronic medical record system

Other Details

• Black scrubs required
• Night shift orientation occurs on day shift; full orientation week availability required
• Weekend hours as needed by facility

Assignment begins April 17, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,102.40.
