<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>OT - Therapy Rehab</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Perform diagnostic assessments and prepare and implement treatment plans for occupational therapy services<br>• Provide professional occupational therapy services for the full range of cases within the scope of habilitation and rehabilitation programs<br>• May provide all occupational therapy services for a unit, center, or facility<br>• Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations<br>• 7 days per week departmental coverage with operations from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM<br>• 5-day work week with possible 1 weekend day schedule (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)<br>• Hours worked per two-week period may be up to 88 hours<br>• No guarantee of hours or shift preference<br>• Must have Hawaii license by start of assignment<br>• Minimum 2 years work experience in at least 1 of the following settings working with adults: Acute, SNF, rehab hospital, or outpatient<br>• Primary experience in SNF rehab required<br>• BLS certification required<br>• Work with EMR - Meditech system<br>• Must arrive the Thursday before start date to attend employee health appointment on Friday</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility provides comprehensive occupational therapy services operating 24/7 to serve patients requiring habilitation and rehabilitation services.
