CVOR First Assist

Opportunity:

CSFA - First Assist OR

Job Details:

• Work Monday to Friday shifts with variable start times - either 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM or 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM for heart cases
• Every third weekend required
• Call responsibilities required
• 16 hours of orientation provided
• CVOR CSFA position with endovascular leg vein experience as hard stop requirement
• Heart cases start earlier than main OR cases
• Work with adult patient population
• Must have 2 years of experience minimum
• Travel experience required - no first time travelers accepted
• BLS certification required
• EPIC experience preferred
• Must be able to float within the hospital as needed
• Extensive surgical skills required including vascular procedures, cardiac procedures, thoracic procedures, and endovascular repairs
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and robotic surgery preferred
• Must have leg vein harvest experience and special procedures unit experience
