About the Role

You will support cardiac electrophysiology procedures in the Cath Lab, working with a team to prepare equipment, assist with patient care, and maintain strict sterile protocols. Your responsibilities include:

• Prepare the EP Lab for cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate support
• Perform hemodynamic and control room duties with full working knowledge of lab equipment
• Maintain sterile technique during all cardiac procedures
• Complete patient catheterization reports and correlate invasive and non-invasive test analysis
• Perform and monitor patient stress tests
• Implement radiation safety protocols to protect staff and patients
• Transport patients as needed
• Recognize clinical changes and report pertinent findings to physicians

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential
• Minimum 2 years of electrophysiology or cardiac catheterization experience
• North Dakota state license from the North Dakota Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board
• Current RCES or RCIS certification
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Some open-ended late shifts may be required. The assignment begins August 16, 2026.
