Pharmacist Outpatient Job in San Angelo, TX

Shannon Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacist for a travel assignment in our retail/outpatient pharmacy setting in San Angelo, Texas. This is a 91-day assignment beginning July 13, 2026.

Role Overview

You will provide pharmacy services in an outpatient retail environment, managing patient prescriptions, medication counseling, and pharmacy operations. Prior experience in Willow Ambulatory is preferred.

Schedule

You will work 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts with a variable Monday through Saturday schedule. Sundays are off. Shift time options include:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Current Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in hand
• Retail pharmacy skills required
• Travel experience is highly preferred

Location & Housing

You must reside more than 110 miles from Shannon Medical Center at the time of assignment. Local candidates are not accepted. San Angelo is located in central Texas and offers a range of housing and community options for traveling professionals.

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,678.40.
