Case Management RN Job in Asheville, NC

You'll work as an RN in Case Management at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting September 28, 2026, with a 5×8 day schedule running 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including rotating weekends. You'll earn $2,440 weekly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage a patient ratio of 1:40 across the case management team
• Coordinate care collaboratively with RN Case Managers across all units
• Document thoroughly in Cerner, NATE, and Ensocare post-acute systems
• Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Shift attention efficiently between multiple tasks and priorities
• Build and sustain trust with team members, patients, and families
