OR RN Job in Roswell, GA

North Fulton Hospital is seeking an RN for the Operating Room in Roswell, GA. This day shift position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM, with one 24-hour call shift required one weekend per month. The contract is 91 weeks, with a start date of June 5, 2026.

As an OR RN, you will perform the full nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will provide relationship-based, patient-centered care adapted for diverse patient populations while coordinating the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care in an inpatient operating room setting.

Responsibilities:

• Complete timely documentation and promote a respectful clinical environment
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and research utilization
• Complete all mandatory education and professional competency assessments
• Function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills

Requirements:

• RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
• BLS certification
• Completion of accredited nursing school; less than 1 year experience required
• Associate's degree in nursing or diploma nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
