Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job in Olive Branch, MS

Methodist Olive Branch Hospital is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work a 5x8 day shift (40 hours guaranteed per week) with no on-call requirements and weekends optional.

About the Role:

You will work in a full-service Nuclear Medicine Department performing imaging procedures for both inpatients and outpatients. Your responsibilities include general imaging (HIDA, Bone, Gastric Emptying, Lung Scan, GI Bleeds, Brain Death, Thyroid), therapy procedures (I-131 and Sm-153), cardiac procedures (Nuclear Cardiac Stress Testing and Plain Treadmills), and PET imaging (FDG Oncology, FDG Infection, PSMA, Neuroendocrine, and Cardiac Viability).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Tech experience required
• Prior travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility
• Active Mississippi nuclear medicine or radiology license (pending licenses not accepted)
• Current BLS and ARRT certifications required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred

• Shift: 5x8 Days
• Weekly Pay: $2,315
• One holiday restriction allowed
• Option to pick up additional weekend shifts available
