Telemetry RN Job in Cleveland, OH

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Telemetry unit. This is a 91-day travel assignment offering competitive pay of $3,170 weekly.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care on the Telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing patients with cardiovascular and related conditions. Your work will support continuity of care across a connected patient population.

Shift and Schedule

• 4x12 rotating day/night shift: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Shifts may vary based on facility operational needs; your preferred shift will be honored when possible, but rotation may be required
• Mandatory participation in holiday rotation (minimum every other holiday)

Floating and Unit Coverage

You may be called to float to units J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department (ED) to care for the same patient population. Expect occasional cross-unit support as operational needs dictate.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current RN license (permanent Ohio license or compact state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 12 months permanent experience in Telemetry or related specialty
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA or American Red Cross), and NIHSS
• Must successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition test during orientation (maximum 2 attempts to pass)
• Must successfully complete safeMedicate assessment during orientation (maximum 2 attempts to pass)

Start date: November 20, 2026. Duration: 91 days. Housing and travel logistics are handled through ADEX Healthcare Staffing.
