SMH Level 4 RN Cardiac OR - Scrub/Circulate

RN - Circulator OR

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Independently scrub and circulate complex adult cardiac cases
• Handle cardiac procedures including CABGs, TAVIs, and heart failure cases (VADs, ECMO, artificial heart, and heart transplants)
• Work with structural heart cases (Bentall), minimally invasive procedures (Mini Aortic Valve Replacement), and heart failure cases (Impella)
• Care for patients of all ages using a multidisciplinary approach
• Two years of nursing experience required
• Operating room experience in level 1 trauma preferred
• Must be able to circulate and scrub independently
• Telemetry experience required
• Transplant and TAVI/TAVR experience preferred but not required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association only)
• New York nursing license required
