Job Details:

• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Provide telemetry nursing care and monitoring for patients
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Support unit level operations and patient care management
• Ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff through supervision and guidance
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
• Work collaboratively with facility leadership to maintain nursing standards
