X-Ray Technician

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Weekend night shift schedule working every Saturday and Sunday for 13 weeks
• Two 12-hour shifts per week from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Night shift patient ratio of 4 patients
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• LTAC experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT-R
• Must be proficient with adult acute care, adult outpatient, bedside/portable procedures, and pediatric outpatient
• Required imaging skills include: abdomen decubitus, abdomen supine (KUB), abdomen upright, chest routine, PACS, orbits, skull, and full extremity series including ankle, calcaneus, femur, foot, knee, patella, tibia-fibula, toes, and trauma lower extremity
• Must be proficient with C-arm procedures and isolation precautions/PPE
• Spinal imaging required including cervical spine, lumbar spine, thoracic spine, and pelvis
• Upper extremity imaging required including AC joints, clavicle, elbow, forearm, hand, humerus, scapula, shoulder, thumb or finger, and wrist
• Must be comfortable working with patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, young adults, middle adults, and older adults
• Valid state license or certification required at time of submission
• Valid references and copies of certifications required
