RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Provide nursing care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in planning for safe delivery of care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Hold shift accountability for patient care delivery
• Two to five years of nursing experience required
• Must have two years recent PCU experience
• Idaho RN license or multi-state compact license required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required (must be through American Heart Association)
• Position created as replacement for permanent staff
