Job Details:

• Work under direct supervision and/or direction of the department manager/director, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader
• Assist staff nurses in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established methods and procedures
• Strive for superior performance by consistently contributing to the patient and family experience
• Recognize and demonstrate understanding of patient and family centered care
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• 2+ years of Long-Term Care CNA experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Michigan state license required
• Michigan LTC Fingerprinting is a plus if already obtained
• Must maintain strict attendance policy - 3 strikes for absences or being more than 20 minutes late results in immediate termination
