Operating Room RN Job in Weston, FL

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 4x10 day shift schedule
• Weekly pay: $2,272
• On-call requirement: 1 shift per week and 2 twelve-hour weekend shifts per month
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required

Requirements

• RN license with 2 years of direct OR experience
• Strong background in robotic, orthopedic, and neurosurgical cases
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (required at time of application)
• NIHSS certification (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Nicotine-free status with negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine screening required
• Epic charting system experience preferred

Your Role

• Provide perioperative care to adult and geriatric patients
• Support extensive surgical cases including robotic surgery, orthopedic procedures, neurosurgical cases, and minimally invasive techniques
• Work across 18 operating rooms with a daily census of 55 patients
• Participate in teaching activities with students and new staff

Onboarding

• 40 hours of orientation required
• Time-sensitive modules averaging 6–15 hours (non-billable)
• EKG and Pharmacy tests during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
• All RTO (request time off) must be submitted at time of application
