Interventional Radiology Technologist in Sanford, FL

You will work as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in the Special Procedures unit (Cost Center 727) at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford, FL. This is a travel position with a 91-day duration, starting July 23, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 5x8 days shift structure
• On-call responsibilities as assigned
• Weekly pay: $2,248.40

Your Role

You will perform a range of interventional procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. Your responsibilities include assisting with peripheral angiography, angioplasty, stenting, embolization, thrombolysis, biopsy, paracentesis, and thoracentesis. You will work with GE 4100 Innova imaging equipment and document procedures using MacLab and Meditech systems. Patient care follows national patient ratio standards, and you will not be required to float between units.

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional credential
• Special Procedure or Interventional Radiology technologist experience
• Critical care background with cardiac cath lab or radiology interventional procedures experience
• Current ACLS certification

You will be placed at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, a full-service facility in Sanford, FL. Hospital-provided scrubs are required. The unit operates with a no-floating policy, allowing you to focus on your specialty area and build strong working relationships with your team.
