<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 3x12 day shifts or 4x10 day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM<br>• Two days per week of late case coverage required<br>• No on-call or weekend requirements<br>• No floating required<br>• 1 year EP Lab clinical experience required<br>• First-time travelers accepted with required EP experience<br>• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and CCI RCES/RCIS<br>• Preferred certifications: ARRT, Fluoroscopy permit<br>• Must be proficient with Cerner charting system and electrophysiology lab procedures<br>• Required skills: Hemodynamic monitoring, ablations, EKG settings for inpatient/outpatient, obtaining vitals, sinus node rhythms<br>• Required equipment experience: Philips X-Ray machine/Siemens x-ray machine, GE Micropacer<br>• Preferred equipment experience: 3D mapping Biosense, 3D mapping Abbott/ESI, various ultrasound machines, laser lead machine<br>• Average daily caseload of 18 cases<br>• Perform cardiac electrophysiology studies, cardioversion, device implants/explants, various ablation procedures<br>• Work with adult and geriatric patients in 5-room unit<br>• Scrubs provided by facility<br>• 20 hours orientation provided<br>• Must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This facility is a 748-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital recognized as one of the top 50 heart and vascular centers in the country.
