Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Knoxville, TN

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab at North Metro Knoxville Medical. This is a day shift position running 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM on a 4x10 schedule. The assignment is 91 days, with a start date of September 28, 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Scrub in and circulate for cardiac catheterization procedures
• Manage 1:1 patient ratios in a 2-room facility
• Maintain proficiency with EMR systems: Cerner and MacLab
• Respond to on-call requirements: one night per week and every third weekend
• Remain available to work the July 4th weekend

What You Bring

• Current RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 1+ years of nursing experience
• Emergency Cath Lab experience preferred, or ICU/Critical Care experience accepted
• Ability to scrub and circulate in a fast-paced cath lab environment

What to Expect

The facility will provide scrub colors. While blocked scheduling is not available, the schedule will be arranged to allow some long weekends when possible. This role is ideal for an RN with cardiac or critical care experience who is comfortable with procedural nursing in an interventional setting.

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,446.
