Opportunity:

Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• Work day shifts with primary schedules of 07:00-15:30 or 09:30-18:00
• Evening shift available 15:00-23:30
• Schedule released in 4-week blocks
• Weekend call required up to once per month
• Minimum 3-5 years of surgical tech experience required
• Acute care experience preferred
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and CST
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of effective English written and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency skills required
• Epic experience preferred
• Must work with patients of all age groups including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in an ever-changing environment
• Must respond appropriately to complex surgical situations
• Experience with various surgical procedures including orthopedic, general, gynecologic, urologic, and robotic surgeries
• Knowledge of aseptic technique, instrument processing, and laser safety required
