CVICU RN Job in Clarksville, TN

You'll work as an RN in the 21-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting November 16, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,680.56.

Shift and Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No block schedule; the unit creates the schedule to meet staffing needs
• Weekends required
• You will work 2 of 3 holidays

Role Expectations

You'll care for patients ages 18 and older in a 1:2 patient ratio. Your patient population includes those with ARDS, pneumonia, withdrawal, and cardiogenic shock. You must have intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) experience. You may float to the Step-Down unit or Emergency Room as needed based on unit needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Prior travel healthcare experience required
• Active Tennessee nursing license or current multistate compact license at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications

Facility Details

Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital uses the Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) system. You'll wear navy scrubs per facility dress code.
