CVOR Technologist Job in Greensburg, PA

Westmoreland Hospital is seeking a CVOR Technologist to join our Surgical Services team in Greensburg, PA. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 22, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,350.08.

Schedule & Hours

• Work 5 days per week on 8-hour day shifts, typically 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Early morning cases (7:00 AM start) may require clocking in at 5:45 AM and out at 2:15 PM
• On-call responsibilities from home with a 30-minute response time required
• Weekday call coverage from 3:00 PM until the next day
• Weekend call coverage Saturday and Sunday 24 hours each day, approximately once per month
• Call duties shared among 4 team members
• Schedules created 6 weeks in advance

Role Responsibilities

• Support open heart and other CVOR procedures as the primary focus
• Assist with general, gynecological, orthopedic, vascular, robotic, and cystoscopy procedures when not in CVOR cases
• Perform case picking, room stocking, and provide breaks and lunches for the surgical team
• Float to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
• Work with patients of all age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Requirements

• 2 years of CVOR experience with open heart procedures preferred
• Travel experience required
• Valid PA license or compact license required
• BLS certification required
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Must complete fingerprinting, drug screening, and lab work within 24-48 hours of signing
• 8-hour orientation provided
