PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position with a 1:5 patient ratio on days and varying ratios on nights
• Float to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units as needed
• Work with a large cardiac patient population across Telemetry floors and PCU
• Perform varied procedures supporting both acute and chronic medical conditions
• EMR system used is Meditech
• Work alongside RNs and CNAs on both day and night shifts
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care PCU experience required
• Strong Telemetry experience preferred with a minimum of 2 years
• Chemo Certification is a nice to have and may allow scheduling on Oncology unit
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must demonstrate flexibility, willingness to float, compassion, and be a team player
