CVOR Technologist Job in Asheville, NC

You will work as a Certified Surgical Technologist in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of August 24, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in the operating room with 1:1 patient ratios
• Demonstrate skill level 3 or higher in joint, neuro, ortho, and vascular procedures
• Perform variable procedures across multiple service lines including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma
• Work in the region's busiest robotic surgery program
• Support the region's only open heart and interventional cardiology program
• Document procedures using the Cerner system
• Float to other departments as assigned
• Respond to variable schedule with call requirements

What You Need

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Advanced skills in specialized surgical procedures
• Broad surgical knowledge across multiple specialties
• Ability to adapt to variable scheduling and departmental needs
