Endoscopy RN Job in Springfield, MO

You are an RN with endoscopy experience joining Mercy Hospital Springfield for a 13-week travel assignment. You will work day shift in a fast-paced procedure environment supporting outpatient and hospital endoscopy locations on the same campus.

Schedule and Pay

• Day shift: typically 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM with 2–3 late days per week based on procedure and recovery census
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 4–7 call days per 6-week schedule period; up to one weekend per 6-week schedule
• Weekend work as required by facility
• $2,190 weekly pay
• Start date: May 17, 2026

Your Role

• Support up to 9 procedure rooms and 36 pre/post bays and beds
• Handle 18–21 procedures per room per physician per shift
• Manage patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2
• Perform charting, patient positioning, and conscious sedation monitoring
• Work with Olympus Scopes and ERBE equipment
• Use EPIC and Provation EMR systems

Requirements

• Current RN license (Missouri or eligible for Missouri licensure)
• Minimum 1 year of endoscopy experience
• Procedure room experience required
• EPIC experience within the past year
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
• Flu vaccination required November 1 – April 1
• Available to start within 4 weeks of submission

Preferred

• CGRN certification within 2 years after hire date

You will work in a teamwork-driven environment. Dress code is black scrubs or provided surgical scrubs.
