Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts only with day/night rotating schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs of the hospital
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must have 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Maximum 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled
• Hours submitted through Qualivis Lotus system
• One supervisory reference from manager, ANM, supervisor or director required
• BCI/FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
• Badge pickup and onsite fingerprinting required prior to start date
• Pre-start modules averaging 6-15 hours with 4 hours billable
