Job Details:

• Night shift position working 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 13-week travel assignment
• No on-call requirements
• No floating required
• Scrub color: Gray
• EMR: Cerner/LIS
• One major and one minor holiday may be required
• 2+ years of experience required plus at least 2 previous travel assignments completed successfully
• ASCP or AMT certification required
• Preferred experience with Beckman Hematology, ACL Top Coag, BB gel testing, and Beckman Chemistry analyzers with DXA automation
• Cerner experience preferred
• Generalist role covering Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Blood Bank departments
• Perform diagnostic testing on patient samples to aid physicians in diagnosis and/or monitoring of various disease states
• Follow standardized procedures and help prepare samples for testing
• Analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits
• Bachelor's degree required and must be a certified medical technologist
