<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM<br>• Every other weekend required<br>• No on-call responsibilities<br>• May float within scope to meet facility needs<br>• May be required to float between DT/NE/Fairfield/Kershaw campuses due to census and/or staffing needs<br>• 2 years of experience required<br>• First-time travelers accepted<br>• South Carolina RRT license must be in hand at time of start<br>• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, RRT<br>• Epic experience required<br>• Radiation badge must be provided by agency<br>• Scrub color: Caribbean Blue<br>• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks<br>• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations<br>• Provide respiratory services including mechanical ventilation, arterial blood gas interpretation, airway management, and various respiratory therapies<br>• Handle emergency department cases and assist with high-risk deliveries<br>• Perform procedures including intubation assistance, bronchoscopy, and tracheostomy care<br>• During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This acute care hospital features 304 staffed beds and utilizes Epic charting system.
