About this role
Franciscan Health Indianapolis is seeking an RN for a night shift position in our 23-bed Surgical Progressive Care Unit. This is a travel assignment with an 84-day duration beginning July 27, 2026.
Role and Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 3 shifts per week (3x12)
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Weekend rotation required every 3rd weekend, including Saturday and Sunday nights
- Holiday rotation required
Clinical Environment
- Patient ratios of 1:3 to 1:4
- Care for Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular surgery patients
- EMR system: EPIC
- Uniform: Navy scrubs
- May float to other stepdown and PCU units as needed
Requirements
- Current RN state licensure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac, Thoracic, or Vascular surgery or CVPCU
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Compensation
Weekly pay: $2,128.68
