Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Franklin, NC

Angel Medical Center in Franklin, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation services. This is a backfill position available for 91 days, starting April 22, 2026.

Position Overview

You will provide outpatient physical therapy services to a mixed patient population in a structured, well-organized clinical environment. This role emphasizes direct patient care with clear scheduling practices and no overlapping appointments.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute initial patient evaluations
• Deliver 40-minute follow-up treatment appointments
• Work toward a productivity goal of 70% (2.7 units per hour, with evaluations weighted by complexity)
• Utilize NetHealth/Redoc electronic medical records system

Work Environment

You will work with on-site manager supervision and collaborate with a team focused on quality patient outcomes. Clinicians at this facility are not required to handle scheduling or insurance operations, allowing you to concentrate on direct care delivery.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8 days per week)
• Duration: 91 days
• Weekly pay: $2,394.40

Requirements

You must hold a degree in Therapy and an active Physical Therapist credential appropriate for practice in North Carolina. A current state license is required.

This position is available due to contractor replacement need and offers an opportunity to work in an outpatient setting with straightforward patient flow and professional support.
