CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on Saturdays and Sundays
• Block scheduling available for Saturday and Sunday shifts
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; 18 months preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Travel experience accepted; local Indiana residents also accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, and Indiana state license
• Perform CT imaging including abdomen, chest, head, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, pelvis, sinuses, and soft tissue neck with and/or without contrast
• Perform vascular imaging including carotid, vascular CTA, and vascular chest studies such as pulmonary embolism, CTA, and aorta
• Perform brain perfusion and musculoskeletal trauma imaging
• Prepare and administer contrast media
• Start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture
• Work with GE and Philips equipment and PACS systems
• Serve patient age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Apply radiation safety and isolation precautions/PPE protocols
• Work in emergency department and both adult and pediatric outpatient settings
• Floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals is required
