Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• Primarily outpatient caseload with some inpatient coverage
• Experience required in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Must have active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Required to complete skills checklist within one year of submittal
• Current professional license or certification verification required within 30 days of submission
• Annual physical examination required, must be signed by MD, DO, DC, NP, or PA
• Complete Joint Commission Core I, II, and III training within one year of start date with 80% passing score
• Annual competency exam required for specialty with 80% passing score
• Must complete Iowa Adult & Child Mandatory Reporter Certificates before start date
• 10-panel drug screen required within 60 days of start date
• Various immunization requirements including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, and TB testing
• Background check and OIG verification required within 30 days of start date
• Must enter time in Triage Plus system no later than noon CST every Monday
