CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Night shift position rotating between 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM schedule, Monday through Thursday
• 13-week travel assignment
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
• ARRT Certification required (CT Certification not required)
• Operate Philips and GE scanners
• Perform all types of CT scans with and without contrast, CTAs with 3D reconstruction
• Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
• Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Apply knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with and without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy
• Must be a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
• Must be licensed by the state as a general radiographer
• Provide timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatient populations under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols
