ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus - Nursing in Cleveland, Ohio.

Position Details

• Specialty: Telemetry
• Shift: 3x12 hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: May 15, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,556

Requirements

• Current RN license (Ohio permanent or compact state license)
• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Ability to complete ECG rhythm recognition test with acceptable score (maximum 2 attempts)
• Ability to complete safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable score (maximum 2 attempts)

Scheduling & Operations

• Day/Night rotating shift schedule
• Shifts may be variable to meet operational needs
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Hours submitted via Qualivis Lotus system

Pre-Start Requirements

• Complete 4–15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad
• Complete badging and fingerprinting at facility prior to start date
• BCI/FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
