Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, or 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Night shift hours run 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weeknights, either Monday through Wednesday or Tuesday through Thursday with minimal to no call
• Mostly self-scheduling with generally no block scheduling
• Weeknight call requirements: 3-4 shifts per 6-week period
• Weekend call only if additional help is needed
• Holiday call required
• Call response time of 2 hours required
• Work in a 17-suite OR with an average of 37 cases per day
• Common cases include Ortho Trauma/Joints, Robotics, Neuro/Spine, Plastics, ENT, Urology, and Level 1 Trauma
• Robotics and trauma experience required
• 2-day unit/department specific orientation
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
• Charting system: EPIC
• No floating within facility; in extreme circumstances may float within Zone 3
• Blue surgical scrubs provided
• Must be within 60 miles radius; driver's license must be submitted
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA, Colorado DORA license
