Cytotechnologist Job in Albany, NY

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Cytotechnologist for a 90-day travel assignment at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday on day shift.

Shift Details

• 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Shift times: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Assignment Length

• 90 days
• Start date: September 27, 2026

Compensation

• $2,816 per week

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of cytotechnology experience
• 5 years of experience preferred
• ASCP Board Certification as a Cytotechnologist/Cytologist
• New York State Cytotechnologist/Cytologist license
• Current proof of passing PAP Proficiency Testing (PT) for the current calendar year, or proof of scheduled PT testing in the current calendar year

You will perform microscopic examination and analysis of cytological specimens, prepare slides, and contribute to accurate diagnosis and patient care. Your expertise will be valued in a busy laboratory setting at an established hospital facility.
