Occupational Therapist

Job Details:

• Flexible scheduling available Monday through Friday with either 5 x 8 or 4 x 10 hour shifts
• One Saturday shift required per month with a flex day off granted during the week
• Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation
• Work in rehab and acute care unit within the main hospital building
• Utilize equipment including Lite Gait, BITS, Nustep, and IASTM
• Document using Meditech system
• Float between IRF and acute care settings
• Minimum 1 year of experience acceptable
• Basic Occupational Therapy skills required as an independent clinician
• Inpatient rehab and acute care experience preferred but not required
• Must have willingness to learn and be flexible throughout the day
• Required uniform: Light grey scrubs
• Productivity expectations are below the national average at 75-80%
• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, SLPs, PTAs, COTAs, and RNs
