Job Details:

• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend shifts required
• Orientation begins every Monday
• Minimum 24 months of previous Radiation Therapy experience required
• Varian True Beam experience highly preferred
• Must have successfully completed at least 1 travel contract (highly preferred)
• EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license
• Winter holiday coverage required - must work 2 of 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
• Active Iowa state license required
• Active ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates also accepted)
• Skills checklist specific to Radiation Therapy required at time of submission
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission (completed within the last 24 months)
• Work history/resume required with all gaps over 30 days clearly explained
• Proof of taxable address (must be 50 miles from facility) required
• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team
