Description
<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Med Surg</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Prepare, administer and record prescribed medications<br>• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs<br>• Adjust specialized medical equipment as needed<br>• Interpret and record measurements from medical equipment<br>• Monitor patients' vital signs and report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner<br>• At least 1 year of nursing experience required<br>• Recent travel experience preferred<br>• No on-call responsibilities<br>• Required certifications: NIH, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)<br>• Oklahoma state nursing license or compact license required<br>• Skills checklist current within one year required<br>• Two supervisory reference forms from within the last two years required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare system provides comprehensive medical services to the southwest region, featuring modern medical-surgical units equipped with specialized equipment and technology.
