Opportunity:

RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• No on-call requirements
• Patient ratio of 2:1
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Charting experience required; Cerner system used
• Georgia or Compact nursing license required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Perform and assist with endoscopy procedures including colonoscopies, EGDs, polypectomies/EMR, ERCPs/stent placements, manometries, bronchoscopies with navigation, EUS, and EBUS
• Provide pre and post-operative care (PACU) for adult patients
• Administer and monitor conscious sedation
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Handle specimen collection, handling, and labeling
• Operate GI endoscopy equipment, fluoroscopy suite, bronchoscopy equipment, Ion robot, Arrieta, and EBUS
• Support interdisciplinary team including respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and transportation
• Care for patients with diagnoses including colon screenings, GERD, dysphagia, pancreatitis, liver disease, cancer, and IBD
