Registered Nurse - ER @ Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital - Nursing

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 hours for 8/10 hour shifts
• Weekend coverage as needed
• May float within scope to meet facility needs
• At least 2 years of ER experience required (18 months minimum, 2 years preferred)
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Epic experience at level 3 or 4 required
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• Skills required: arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilated patient care, central line care, isolation precautions, IV vasopressors, dysrhythmia management, triage
• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
• Time-sensitive modules must be completed pre-start (6-15 hours, non-billable)
• Clinical tracks for Critical Care & ER with PALS and NIHSS required
• All requested time off must be included at submission - no additions accepted later
• Two references from direct supervisor/manager required
• No on-call requirements
