MRI Technologist Job in Asheville, NC

You will work as an MRI Technologist on a rotating schedule at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. This is a 91-day travel assignment running Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, and Saturday through Sunday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. You will be part of a team of nine staff members in the MRI department.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI contrast and non-contrast procedures
• Operate GE equipment
• Document patient information and scan results using the Cerner EMR system
• Assist patients through the imaging process with clear communication and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Allied Health Professional degree
• MRI certification required
• MRI registration required
• Current knowledge of contrast administration and safety

Preferred Experience:

• Breast MRI experience

What to Expect:

You will work in a day shift capacity with rotating weekend hours as scheduled. Black scrubs are required as part of the dress code. The assignment begins August 17, 2026, and runs for 91 days. Weekly pay is $2,277.
