Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• 5x8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• No call required, but may need to stay late to finish cases
• 13-week contract with option to extend
• NBSTSA certification required - NCCT not accepted
• Must be independent in Total Joint procedures
• Strong orthopedic surgery experience required
• Must be competent in ALL general surgery and orthopedic cases
• Experience in Sterile Processing Department (SPD) preferred
• Must have proficiency (at least level 3) in the following procedures:
   - Endoscopy
   - Colonoscopy
   - Laparoscopic appendectomy
   - Laparoscopic cholecystectomy
   - Laparoscopic and open hernia repairs
   - Laparoscopic and open bowel resections
   - Total Knee replacement
   - Total Shoulder replacement
   - Arthroscopy
   - Fracture repair
• 1 year of experience required
• License in hand or compact license required at submission
• 1 reference required
• First-time travelers accepted
