X-Ray Technician Job in Chico, CA

You will work as a Radiologic Technologist in the Diagnostic Imaging department at Enloe Medical Center, providing outpatient X-ray services on day shifts. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 21, 2026, working 5x8 hour days at $2,920 per week.

Your responsibilities include:

• Position patients and perform chest, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, knee, foot, and ankle X-ray procedures
• Operate X-ray equipment and process images into the PACS documentation system
• Obtain patient vital signs and place patients in exam rooms
• Provide basic patient care under clinic nurse supervision
• Collect specimens, including blood draws if qualified
• Prepare patients for clinician evaluation and assist clinicians during procedures
• Maintain orderly, well-stocked work areas with necessary supplies and equipment
• Float to the Main Radiology department as needed

Required qualifications:

• Current California Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT)
• Current CPR Certification
• California Fluoroscopy Permit
• Current ARRT licensure
• EPIC EMR experience
• W-2 employee status with staffing agency

Previous travel healthcare experience is preferred. You will perform imaging procedures at a level not requiring direct supervision, working independently while maintaining collaboration with the clinical team.
