HI- REHAB PT - ACUTE / Inpatient (05/04) !!ACUTE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!

<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist Inpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work variable schedules including Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, or Sunday-Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM<br>• Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations<br>• Primary coverage in acute rehab with secondary ICF/SNF rehab responsibilities<br>• Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients<br>• Plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by attending physician and/or consulting specialist<br>• Provide consulting physical therapist services<br>• Work with EMR - Meditech system<br>• Minimum 6 months work experience required in at least one of the following settings working with adults: Acute, rehab hospital, or SNF<br>• Must have primary acute inpatient experience<br>• Hawaii state license required by start of assignment<br>• BLS certification required<br>• Must arrive Thursday before start date for employee health appointment on Friday</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services with specialized inpatient physical therapy programs.
