Med Surg RN Job in Nacogdoches, TX

Nacogdoches Medical Center is seeking an RN for its Medical Surgical unit. You will work 3 shifts of 12 hours each per week on nights (1900–0730), for an assignment duration of 91 days beginning June 22, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,151.36.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on each shift
• Provide unit-level nursing care and supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support the facility CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Verify competency of clinical staff and manage resources appropriately to support patient care outcomes
• Deliver comprehensive patient care within the medical surgical setting

Onboarding: HR onboarding is located in the 2-story office building on campus behind the hospital, 1st floor Suite 107.

You will be an RN with the ability to assess patient needs, coordinate care delivery, and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment. This role suits candidates comfortable with night-shift rhythms and medical-surgical patient populations.
