Opportunity:

RN - OR Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work day shifts Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Take call three shifts per month
• Work one 24-hour call shift one weekend per month
• Contract duration is 6 weeks only
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and patient teaching
• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
• Serve as preceptor and mentor for other healthcare professionals when needed
• Participate in evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement activities
• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS certification
• Associates degree in nursing or diploma preferred, Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Must possess strong critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively
