Emergency Room RN Job in Dickson, TN

You are an experienced RN ready to deliver direct patient care in a busy emergency department. This is a travel nursing position at Horizon Medical Center TN in Dickson, working nights to support the ED team.

Role Overview

You will provide comprehensive emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Assess and monitor patients presenting with diverse conditions, from minor injuries to critical emergencies
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and perform clinical procedures as directed
• Collaborate with emergency medicine physicians and the broader healthcare team
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow all safety protocols
• Support team communication and patient flow during high-volume shifts

Position Details

• Schedule: 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: May 11, 2026
• Location: Dickson, Tennessee
• Positions available: 1–2 openings

Requirements

• Current RN license valid in Tennessee
• Demonstrated emergency department competencies and experience
• Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced setting

Compensation

Weekly pay: $1,839.60
